BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed a new chief operating officer for its North American fund administration services business.

Andrew Dougherty was moved from his former post as the chief operating officer for BNP Paribas Financial Services. He previously spent four years working in the firm's CooperNeff Advisors subsidiary, where he recently was a vice president for market control and development.
