BNP Paribas has hired three traders for its derivatives business in the Asia Pacific region, all of which have worked at JP Morgan in the last few years.
Woo Kang Yeong joins from JP Morgan, where he worked since 1995, most recently as principal Singapore dollar medium-term trader. The US firm has a strong global derivatives business and is often seen as a source of talent in derivative markets. At BNP Paribas, he will be responsible for trading Singapore dollar interest rate swaps and government bonds.
