BNP Paribas has hired Vincent Vergnet from JP Morgan as head of its Paris government bond trading desk.

He joins after six years at JP Morgan, where he was head of its French primary dealership in Paris and London. Before that, he worked for CIC from 1995, and in government bond trading at CCF from 1998 to 1995.
