BNP Paribas has named a former Goldman Sachs banker as its new head of ECM in its home market, where it has climbed to the top of the leaderboard this year.

Igor Donnio, who started his career at BNP Paribas but was most recently head of equity solutions at Russia's Gazprombank, has returned to the bank as head of equity capital markets in France. He previously held the same title at Goldman Sachs, a bank where he spent over 10 years.
