The IPO market is recovering, but London still has bruises, the bank says

New listings on the London Stock Exchange this year will be limited to small and mid-cap companies, according to BNP Paribas, as the City continues to try to reignite its markets.

“Deals this year are likely to be at the smaller-cap end,” said Tom Snowball, head of UK equity capital market at BNP Paribas. “We don’t expect a large cap to list until probably 2025.”
