BNP Paribas recruits corporate finance head for Italy

BNP Paribas has hired Marco Lippi, former head of Italian mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley, to run its corporate finance business in Italy.

Lippi, who had been at Morgan Stanley for 14 years and a managing director and head of Italian M&A since 1997, will have a wider brief at BNP Paribas. He will also join the French bank's corporate finance management committee.
