BNP Paribas' new head of corporate and investment banking has wasted little time in reshaping the division he took over in September, re-branding the unit and naming a new leadership team.

The corporate and investment banking will be re-branded as corporate and institutional banking, with BNP Paribas Securities Services now under the governance of the unit, according to a statement on Thursday.
