BNP Paribas has reorganised its medium-term note (MTN) desk by flattening the management structure and making the team report to Martin Egan, global head of debt syndicate.

Daniel Cogoi will leave the MTN desk to join the French banking group's credit derivative group, where he will be responsible for structured solutions for refinancing credit trading.
