BNY Mellon and co-working office specialist WeWork are among the firms to have shown an interest in leasing some of the City space that Goldman Sachs will vacate when it moves into new London headquarters next year.

Both have viewed Christchurch Court at 10-15 Newgate Street, close to St Paul’s Cathedral, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
