Bank of America has plugged the gap left after JC Perrig quit as head of international debt capital markets last week by promoting Scott Lampard to the post.

Lampard was previously co-head of international debt syndicate and head of frequent borrower origination in Europe. He spent 13 years at JP Morgan before moving to Bank of America in May last year.
