Bank of America Securities has poached a second senior financial analyst from Credit Suisse First Boston, only three months after persuading top-rated CSFB analyst Joan Solotar to become deputy head of its equity research team.
The US bank has hired Michael Hecht as a brokerage and asset management analyst for its New York office.
