Banc of America Securities has hired JC Perrig from Credit Suisse First Boston as European head of debt capital markets origination for corporates.

Perrig replaces Andy Cooley, who is relocating to New York to become a senior member of BoA's financial institutions investment banking group, run by Tony Ursano and George Johns. Cooley will be responsible for covering the bank's domestic institutional clients.
