Board changes at RIT Capital Partners

RIT Capital Partners has added Mike Wilson to the board as an independent, non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee. Wilson is joint founder and life president of St James's Place, the wealth management and financial services group, where he was chief executive and then chairman from 1992 until 2011. Prior to founding St James's Place, Wilson served on the boards of Allied Dunbar and Bat Industries. James Leigh-Pemberton, a non-executive director since 2004, has stepped down from the board following his appointment as chief executive of UK Financial Investments.
