Guy Boardman, the former futures trader who headed broker GNI's Liffe trading team for many years, has joined Market Touch, the electronic communications network (ECN) being launched by Old Mutual later this year.

Boardman joins the sales team of Market Touch after six years leading GNI's team of 100 traders, brokers and administration staff on the floor of the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange, and a total 15 years as a futures trader.
