City boards are racing against the clock to show regulators they have met their obligations under the Consumer Duty as the flagship reforms approach their first anniversary.

The Consumer Duty raised the bar for consumer protection in the UK, with a range of rules that force firms to show how they are putting customer needs ahead of their own.
