Bank of America Merrill Lynch today scooped a corporate broking mandate from UK support services company VT Group in one of a brace of FTSE 250 broker changes this week that also left Japanese bank Nomura celebrating its second broking win since purchasing the European arm of collapsed US bank Lehman Brothers a year ago.
BofA Merrill Lynch landed a role as joint corporate broker to VT Group, alongside RBS Hoare Govett, which had previously been sole broker to the company, according to a statement from VT Group today. The company has a market capitalisation of £996.5m (€1.1bn), based on its 55p share price at 11:37 GMT today.
