Bond chief de Boer leaves banking

Anneke de Boer, managing director and head of the high grade frequent borrower origination team at Morgan Stanley in London, is stepping down from her position at the end of June after almost 15 years at the bank.

Dimitra Koutsoukos and Cesare Roselli, both Morgan Stanley bankers, are to replace De Boer, who will continue as a managing director up until the time she leaves.
