Borsa Italiana approves Saras float

Italian oil refiner Saras has received approval for its €2bn ($2.4bn) initial public offering from Borsa Italiana, and now requires only authorisation of market regulator Consob before it can launch the deal.

Banca Caboto, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are leading the flotation, and began pre-marketing the deal to investors earlier this month.
