Börse eyes management changes

Deutsche Börse has confirmed it is considering changes to its management structure amid speculation the German exchange group may split up its trading, clearing and settlement business to comply with the European Commission-backed code of conduct.

The German exchange group said in a statement today: "Any responsible company management team checks the conformity of structures and objectives on a regular basis."
