The new co-heads of global capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch have completed their first management reshuffle after being promoted to lead the business last month.

Alastair Borthwick and Lisa Carnoy have promoted Daniel Cummings, previously head of the US equity capital market business, to head of global equity and equity-linked capital markets, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. This was Carnoy's old role.
