BoS structured finance loses trio after bonus payout

Bruce Thomson, Leona Campbell and Iain Martin have all resigned from Bank of Scotland's structured finance team, just days after the bank paid out the annual bonuses.

Thomson, a director, has left Bank of Scotland to join ABN Amro's mezzanine group. Campbell and Martin were both associate directors and are going to join Duke Street Capital's collateralised debt obligation Duchess fund team and Credit Lyonnais respectively. All three are on gardening leave until mid-July when they will be able to take up their new positions. They could not be reached for comment.
