Boussard & Gavaudan, a €1.2bn ($1.5bn) Anglo-French hedge fund manager that plans to float its flagship fund on Euronext, has lost one of its three directors and two other partners in four months.

Stéphane Mysona resigned as a director in April and left in June, according to a document filed at the UK's Companies House, and the Financial Services Authority's register.
