Boutique investment bank Zeus Capital, which counts fashion brand Boohoo among its clients, has named a new chief executive, as its boss of nine years steps back from the business.

Tony Scawthorn will take over as head of the investment bank, which predominantly focuses on equity capital markets deals for companies listed on the UK's junior AIM market, according to an internal email seen by Financial News.
