Wall Street's fears over junior banker departures continue to drive bumper retention packets, as boutique advisory firm Centerview becomes the latest firm to make life lucrative for associates if they stick around, according to reports.

Citing individuals with knowledge of the matter, Bloomberg reports that, if they stay for at least two years, analysts who are making the move up to associates in the summer are in line for a $200,000 bonus.
