Centerview Partners has hiked entry-level salaries for junior bankers to $130,000, putting it at the top of the pay scale for analysts, as banks battle to retain younger workers.

The boutique investment bank, which advises on big ticket transactions alongside larger rivals, has increased entry level pay for analysts from $90,000 to $130,000, according to figures seen by Financial News.
