PJT Partners has named new partners and managing directors in London, picking investment bankers from the upper ranks of its UK advisory business for the first time.

The independent advisory firm has promoted Pierre Bourderye, a banker focused on the energy, infrastructure and utilities sectors, and restructuring specialist Mike Wilcox, to partner, according to people familiar with the matter.
