Toby Boyle, who left Morgan Grenfell Private Equity last summer with Andy Macfie and Mark Weston, has joined Henderson Global Investors Private Capital.

The departure of the three senior partners came as the private equity firm was negotiating a management buyout from its parent, Deutsche Asset Management.
