Bridgepoint Capital, the UK private equity firm that was formerly NatWest Equity Partners, has acquired Instem, the IT systems integrator, for £30.5m (€50m).

The acquisition is a secondary buy-out of Instem, which was delisted from the stock market in 1997 when Alchemy Partners backed a management buy-out of the company.
