UK broker Bridgewell has been hired to co-manage a £120m (€180m) secondary share sale of soft and home furnishings company Dunelm Mill, its largest equity markets mandate since its own flotation in May.

The mandate win comes six month after the broker hired James Renwick from UBS in March as head of equity capital markets to expand Bridgewell's capacity to work on larger deals.
