Britannic Asset Management is to set up its second high-return fund management boutique, with two new hires from Scottish Value Management.

David Stevenson and Andrew Kelly, currently managers of Scottish Value's UK Opportunities fund and Saltire hedge fund, will run the Edinburgh-based boutique focusing on UK equities.
