A brokerage firm has filed a complaint against US regulator NASD alleging unlawful harassment and is seeking at least $100m (€76m) in damages.

Sky Capital claims it has endured five years of harassment from the NASD through numerous examinations, application denials and repeated calls and written correspondence with its investors.
