Hedge-fund founder Bill Browder says he plans to pressure British MPs and the UK government to take action against lawyers in the US who have acted for pals of Vladimir Putin.

The American-born British financier says lawyers with links to Russia and Putin face a reckoning, following a call from US congressman Steve Cohen for six British libel lawyers — who have sued journalists in the UK for overseas clients, including now-sanctioned Russian oligarchs — to face US visa bans.
