Brown Shipley, the merchant and private banking group owned by Kredietbank Luxembourg, has added a director to its corporate finance department.

Charles Leigh has joined the corporate finance department from Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
