The renowned Swedish hedge fund investor Brummer & Partners is making a $270 million bet on disruptive technologies.

Brummer & Partners is putting the money to work with California-based Black-and-White Capital, a hedge fund that runs a long/short strategy focused on advances in technological innovation, which is launching a new fund on November 1.
