Telecoms group BT has delayed the £200m sale of its headquarters in the City of London as it continues to hunt for a new home as part of a radical restructure.

The news comes as property agents, investors and analysts predict a slowing market for investment and leasing deals in London ahead of the UK’s departure from the European Union.
