British Telecom has established a fund supermarket offering its customers 3,200 funds from 400 providers and access to advice from independent financial advisers Inter-Alliance.

Inter-Alliance has developed the fund supermarket for BT to provide through its new, mass market, internet business, while advice can be requested from Inter-Alliance's 1,350 advisers separately. In addition, BT will provide customers with online access to wealth management tools developed by Inter-Alliance.
