Does Buffett letter offer clues to successor?

Some believe it will take a superhuman to eventually replace the Sage of Omaha, which bodes well for 'Kryptonite proof' head of Berkshire Hathaway's insurance arm

Warren Buffett has remained largely silent on the issue of succession at Berkshire Hathaway. There are those who believe it will take someone superhuman to fill the legendary stock-picker’s shoes and his latest letter to investors seems to at least hint at some fitting candidates.

Buffett did not give any specific details about when and how he might retire in the letter, published over the weekend, but three names stood out: Ajit Jain, Todd Combs and David Sokol, each drawing special praise from their 80-year old boss.
