The ex-head of UBS's prime brokerage business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, who left the Swiss bank earlier this month with two other senior members of the division, has followed her former colleagues to Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Charlotte Burkeman will join Bank of America Merrill Lynch in June as a managing director and co-head of Emea brokerage, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
