Bush's ex-deputy of protocol goes to NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange has appointed former deputy US chief of protocol Jeffrey Eubank as vice president of global affairs, replacing Alain Morvan, who has retired from the exchange after 17 years in the position.

Eubank will report to president and co-chief operating officer Catherine Kinney.
