Business psychologist joins Kiddy's M&A team

Business psychologist David Cooper has joined the expanding mergers and acquisitions team at UK business psychology and organisational consultancy firm Kiddy & Partners.

As a senior consultant, Cooper will work with senior corporate executives often from the early stages of a merger or acquisition to assess ways of ensuring deals go through smoothly. Transactions tend to be worth more than £100m (€158m) and can go up to several billions worth of pounds in value.
