In recognition of the growing importance of ESG and the commitment that firms are making in this field, we have split out the ESG initiative category into three: environmental, social and governance initiatives.
We're looking for leaders in each of these that can demonstrate where they have made an impact through engaging with corporates and governments. In addition, there is a category for firms that have leading ESG fund businesses.
We are also asking our readers to submit recommendations for the Industry Personality of the Year and Mentor of the Year — alongside formal nominations from companies — so if you know an inspirational leader working in fund management in Europe or someone who stands out for their mentorship efforts email fnawards@dowjones.com with a couple of sentences about why they deserve to win.
The shortlists will be published in September and the winners will be announced later in the year.
