France's Crédit Agricole has named a new chief executive of its investment banking arm Calyon, as part of a top-level reshuffle two months into the tenure of new chairman Georges Pauget.

The French bank has appointed Marc Litzler as chief executive of its corporate and investment banking business, replacing Edouard Esparbès who is retiring at the end of September.
