Canada Pension Plan tenders for large-cap global equity mandate

The investment board of the C$55.6bn (€35bn) Canada Pension Plan (CPP) is tendering a global active large-cap equity mandate.

The national fund is looking for external managers that could implement an active long/short overlay programme over its passive portfolio. CPP is considering investing in hedge funds next year.
