Two-thirds of Candover Partners' executives are to stump up £4m of their personal money as part of the firm's spin-out from its listed parent.

Currently, 24 out of 36 Candover Partners' executives at the firm are leaving to launch a new firm, known as Arle Capital Partners. They will pay a token £1 to take control of the fund manager, which is being spun off by Candover Investments.
