Three Candover Investments non-executives are to leave the troubled UK-listed private equity investor, as the company seeks to scale back its board to to reflect the smaller size of the firm, which reduced headcount by 60% last year.

Antony Hichens, Chris Russell and Nicholas Jones will leave Candover Investments' board of directors at its annual general meeting, according to its preliminary results for last year.
