Cantor Fitzgerald has created a new role to develop junk bond sales and expand its service in the distressed corporate debt market as its continues to build its credit division from the rubble of sub-prime fallout.

Mark Lichtman will head high yield sales and trading. His responsibilities include coordinating high yield efforts across sales, trading and capital introductions.
