Capco, the financial markets consultancy, has hired a managing director and chief information officer from Deutsche Bank to manage its outsourcing business.

Gopi Chelliah, who was on the board of Deutsche Bank in London, has been appointed partner and executive vice president of the consultancy's business process outsourcing division.
