Cardano bags AstraZeneca scheme

Cardano, the Dutch investment consultancy launched this summer in the UK by former Hewitt executive Kerrin Rosenberg, has won its first advisory mandate for a UK pension scheme - the £3bn (€4.3bn) retirement fund for pharmaceuticals group AstraZeneca, a former client of Rosenberg at Hewitt.

Rosenberg was the lead consultant to AstraZeneca while at Hewitt, which formerly had the mandate. He left in March this year to set up Cardano, and has since recruited from Hewitt as well as other consultancies.
