Cardano, the Dutch consulting boutique that set up stall in the UK this year with the hire of Hewitt senior consultant Kerrin Rosenberg, has added a chief financial and operating officer and has made a further raid on Hewitt.

Simone Lavelle, formerly head of risk control for Dutch bank Rabobank in London, will join Cardano's UK management board and take responsibility for financial and operational aspects of the London office.
