Cardona Lloyd, the hedge fund and corporate finance firm, has appointed Mark Boylan, former vice chairman of UBS Global Asset Management, to assist in the development of relationships with banks and institutional investors.

Boylan has wide ranging experience in capital markets, having previously served as managing director of SBC Brinson and chairman of UBS Brinson.
